This award was established in 2006 by the ERA White Pin Group to honor Jess Spoonts for his leadership, generosity, dedication, mentoring and friendship while serving as the White Pin coordinator for many years. The award recognizes individual ERA members who have devoted exceptional time and effort to ERA activities on the local and/or national levels.
