CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
NOTE - The ERA room block at the Hilton is sold out, and reservations can be accepted only in the event of cancellations. If you still need hotel accommodations, you can request a list of nearby hotels, all within two miles of the Hilton, by e-mailing Karin Derkacz . You can also ask to be placed on the Hilton wait-list.

| Fees cover all programming and materials, all breaks, two breakfasts, one working lunch and the Welcome Reception. See the Registration Form enclosed with the conference brochure for details on how to make your deposit. |
Spouse / Guest Program Fees
Spouses or guests who accompany conference registrants have the option to sign up for the two breakfasts (on Thursday and Friday) and the Welcome Reception (on Wednesday). The cost is $100 per person.

CANCELLATION FEES
All payments will be fully refunded for cancellations received by DEC. 31. From JAN. 1 through JAN. 28, the cancellation fee will be $100. After JAN. 28, the cancellation fee will be $150. |
