Fees cover all programming, materials, two breakfasts, all breaks, Tuesday's Welcome Reception and Wednesday's working lunch. Also included is the Oct. 3-4 Pre-Conference program, as well as a Monday evening reception and Tuesday breakfast. The conference theme party on Wednesday evening is an optional event for which there will be an additional cost. Details on this event will be sent to registrants in advance of arrival.

Spouse / Guest Program Fees
Spouses or guests who accompany conference registrants have the option to sign up for the two breakfasts (on Wednesday and Thursday) and the Welcome Reception (on Tuesday). The cost for these options is $90 per person.

Hotel Rooms and Rates
The Oak Brook Hills Marriott Resort room rates are per night, for single or double occupancy. Deluxe guest room (with one king or two queen beds): $149 plus tax.
